Recipients of a Best Wellness gift certificate will receive their gift instantly via email after your order has been placed. If you don't specify a recipient, we'll email the certificate to you for forwarding when you're ready. Once received, certificate holders contact the host of the experience to make a booking, providing the details. On the day, they present their certificate as payment for their booking.

Best Wellness gift certificates are issued for the specific experience you purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, Best Wellness Gift Certificates are valid for 3 years from date of purchase. Certain experiences, such as those advertised for an event held on a specific date or month, have a shorter validity period. Where special time limits apply, expiry dates are always clearly set out in the experience purchase page as well as in the certificate.
